CONNOR PARKIN
CAMP DIRECTOR - Present Owner

Connor Parkin is a passionate advocate for the impact of summer camps on children's self-esteem, confidence, and resilience. With over twenty-two years of involvement, he currently serves as the CEO, director, and operator of Camp Kahuna. In addition to his camp roles, Connor is a qualified teacher with a BSc in Environmental Sciences and a Master of Education degree. Camp Kahuna's primary mission is to foster leadership skills in children and youth. Under Connor Parkin's leadership, the camp is entering its next phase, with him becoming the CEO and owner. While Scott Graham continues to oversee leadership instruction, Joe McNamara plays the camp programmer role.

Joe McNamara, our camp's program director, is a testament to the enduring spirit of Camp Kahuna. His journey with us began at age ten, and he has since become a recognized talent in creating engaging and educational content for our program. With a Bachelor of Science with Honours and a Degree in Education, Joe's expertise has been instrumental in making our camp program activities unique and genuinely one-of-a-kind.

As our Camp Director at Mt. Nemo, Darcy Riesberry brings a dynamic presence to Camp Kahuna. Currently earning a Bachelor of Business from Nipissing University, Darcy aspires to a career in teaching, driven by a desire to share the leadership skills he's honed. His athletic background, love for baseball, and enthusiastic yet compassionate personality make him incredibly popular with our campers.

SCOTT GRAHAM
LEADERSHIP INSTRUCTOR

Scott Graham founded the Kids 4 Kids Leadership Program and Camp Kahuna in 1993. He is a bestselling author, producer, and sought-after international keynote speaker. He has received the Meritorious Service Medal from the Governor General of Canada for his work in anti-bullying prevention. Scott holds a Certificate in Social Work with a specialty in Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment, as well as a B.A. in Social Development. Scott has developed a leadership curriculum taught at Camp Kahuna, using discussions, object lessons, and games to engage and teach leadership concepts. Scott Graham is our leadership instructor and administrator. Scott speaks to students around the world about the importance of leadership. Scott has spoken in Switzerland, Austria, Scotland, Greece and the Ukraine.
