​Camp Kahuna: Forest Camp Program

In 2024, we launched our first Kahuna day camps at our new home, Mt. Nemo Scout Camp. After two incredible weeks, we realized this location was the perfect setting for a new kind of adventure—a Forest Camp. We've listened to all your feedback and have crafted a unique program that combines the best of our traditional camps with exciting new outdoor skills.

What to Expect at Forest Camp

Our new Forest Camp program will be an incredible experience, packed with activities designed to connect campers with nature while they have a blast. Each week, campers will get to:

• Build skills in the wild: Learn to build shelters, start fires, and cook outdoors.

• Become a nature expert: Identify local trees and animals and explore our nature cabin.

• Enjoy classic camp fun: Hike our trails, play cooperative nature-themed games, and participate in our infamous Wet and Wild Event.

• Experience big-ticket activities: Every week will feature a major event like bubble soccer or laser tag, along with leadership discussions led by our camp directors.​

Our Commitment to Safety and Cleanliness

Your child's safety and comfort are our top priorities. We will be bringing in new porta-potties with wash basins and soap. Our staff will clean these daily, and a professional service will deep-clean them weekly.​

We can't wait for our campers to experience the adventure and wonder of Camp Kahuna Forest Camps 2025. This program will meet the high standards you've come to expect from Camp Kahuna and create unforgettable memories for your child​.​
